Mayor White has been clueless about how to handle Katrina since day one. His come on down attitude has resulted in an amazing spike in violent crime in the Houston area. He has enabled the worst of Katrina to setup shop in Houston and attempt to start the next welfare city in the wake of Katrina. Where is the accountibility Mayor White? You promissed millions of tax payer dollers to people who quite frankly don't want a job.
